Terms of offer
Saver Bot is a service for downloading media from social networks.
This document constitutes a public offer of ИП Киселев Никита Юрьевич (hereinafter referred to as the «Provider») to any legally capable natural person (hereinafter referred to as the «User») for the provision of information services granting access to the extended functions of the @Saver_robot_bot bot.
1. Subject of the Agreement
The Provider grants the User access to the paid plans — Lite (light), Pro (extended) and Pro Year (extended for a year) — on the terms set out in this Offer.
2. Plans and Prices
The current prices and validity periods of the plans are published in the bot via the /premium command. Payment is made in Russian rubles.
3. Payment Procedure
3.1. Payment is made through the payment provider Точка Банк via a payment link.
3.2. The moment of payment is deemed to be the crediting of the funds to the Provider's settlement account and the receipt of confirmation from the payment system.
4. Moment of Rendering of the Service
The service is deemed rendered from the moment the paid plan is activated in the User's personal account. Access is granted for the paid period.
5. Refund of Funds
5.1. The detailed refund terms are set out in the Refund Policy (/refund).
5.2. General procedure: a refund is possible within 14 days if the paid plan has not been activated/used. After activation, a refund is considered on an individual basis.
6. Liability of the Parties
6.1. The Provider bears no responsibility for the actions of third-party payment systems and social networks.
6.2. The User bears sole responsibility for the lawfulness of the links sent to the bot.
