This Policy describes the procedure for the processing of personal data of Users of the @Saver_robot_bot bot, as well as of visitors to the website https://скачай-просто.рф.

2. What Data We Process

Data of the bot's Users:

• Telegram identifier (user_id), name and username;
• History of requests and downloaded links;
• Information about the plan, limits and subscription status;
• Payment data (transaction number, amount, status) received from the payment provider.

Data of website visitors (collected only after consent is given in the cookie banner):

• IP address and browser/device data (User-Agent);
• Cookie files;
• Depersonalized statistics of visits, clicks and on-page behavior via Yandex.Metrica (including Webvisor).

3. Purposes of Processing

• Provision of the bot's functionality and accounting of limits;
• Arrangement and renewal of paid subscriptions;
• Technical support;
• Improvement of the quality of the Service and the website (depersonalized analytics, including Yandex.Metrica).

4. Legal Grounds

• Consent of the bot's User to the processing of personal data (a separate /consent command).
• Consent of the website visitor to the use of cookies and analytics (banner on the website).
• The necessity of performing the public offer agreement upon payment for a subscription.
• Actions taken on the initiative of the User himself prior to the conclusion of the agreement — minimal technical registration (user_id, name, username) at the moment of the first contact with the bot, before the consent request is displayed (clause 5 of part 1 of article 6 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ).

5. Retention Periods

Personal data is stored throughout the entire period of use of the bot and for up to 3 years after the use is terminated, unless otherwise provided by law.

6. Protection Measures

• Storage of data in a protected database;
• Restriction of access to data;
• Regular backup copying;
• Use of encrypted connections.

7. Transfer to Third Parties

Data may be transferred to:

• the payment provider (Точка Банк) for payment processing;
• Telegram when sending messages via the Bot API;
• ООО «Яндекс» (Yandex.Metrica) for website traffic analytics.

8. Rights of the Data Subject

The User has the right to:

• obtain information about his personal data;
• demand rectification, blocking or deletion;
• withdraw consent independently in the bot (the /legal section, the «Отозвать согласие» button) or by sending a request to sergeyping@mail.ru.

9. Notification of Roskomnadzor

The Operator has submitted to Roskomnadzor a notification of the commencement of the processing of personal data.
Registration number of the notification: being assigned, will be published upon receipt
