Refund Policy

Saver Bot is a service for downloading media from social networks.

1. General Provisions

1.1. A refund is made on the basis of an application by the User sent to the email sergeyping@mail.ru.
1.2. The refund is made to the same payment method by which the purchase was made, unless otherwise agreed by the parties.

2. Refund Conditions

2.1. If the paid plan has not been activated or has not been used, the User has the right to request a refund within 14 calendar days from the moment of payment.
2.2. After the activation of the plan, the refund is considered by the Provider on an individual basis. A pro rata refund for the unused days is possible.
2.3. No refund is made if the User has breached these Terms of Use and access has been blocked.

3. Review Period

The application is reviewed within 10 business days from the moment of its receipt. The refund is made within 10 business days after a positive decision has been taken.
