Terms of Use

Saver Bot is a service for downloading media from social networks.

These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the «Agreement») govern the relationship between ИП Киселев Никита Юрьевич (hereinafter referred to as the «Administrator») and the user of the Telegram bot @Saver_robot_bot (hereinafter referred to as the «User»).

1. General Provisions

1.1. By starting to use the bot, the User confirms that he has read these Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy and the Content Rules, and accepts them.
1.2. Acceptance of the offer is performed by pressing the «Принимаю» button or by the actual use of the bot's functions.

2. Subject of the Agreement

2.1. The Administrator provides the User with a tool for downloading media files via public links from social networks and other open sources.
2.2. The bot does not store content on a permanent basis, but temporarily processes the links provided by the User.

3. Rights and Obligations of the User

3.1. The User is obliged to use the bot solely for lawful purposes.
3.2. The User bears sole responsibility for the links that he sends to the bot.
3.3. It is prohibited to send links to:

private / closed profiles and posts;
content whose distribution is prohibited by the legislation of the Russian Federation;
content that infringes the copyright of third parties, if the User does not have the right to download it.

3.4. The User warrants that he has reached the age of 18.

4. Rights and Obligations of the Administrator

4.1. The Administrator has the right to suspend or terminate the User's access to the bot in the event of a breach of these Terms of Use.
4.2. The Administrator bears no responsibility for the temporary unavailability of third-party platforms or for the impossibility of downloading a particular URL.
4.3. The Administrator has the right to amend the terms of these Terms of Use unilaterally. The current version is always available via the /tos command.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1. The bot is provided «as is». The Administrator bears no responsibility for losses arising as a result of the use of, or the inability to use, the bot.
5.2. The User bears sole responsibility towards third parties for the infringement of copyright, the inviolability of private life and other rights.

6. Final Provisions

6.1. These Terms of Use are governed by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
6.2. In the event of disputes, the parties shall apply the pre-trial claim procedure. A claim shall be sent to the email: sergeyping@mail.ru.
